Service Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your consultation or service, please notify us at least  24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund. 

Refund Conditions

• Full refunds are provided only if cancellation is made within the stated period.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the consultation has started or within less than [insert time frame] of the scheduled service.
• If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues. Refunds for completed consultations are not guaranteed.
